I’m Cheryl…

A coach, mum of two and someone who knows what it's like to look at your life and think, "Surely there's more than this."

For a long time, my days felt very similar. Between work, family life and responsibilities, I was constantly busy but not necessarily fulfilled. From the outside everything looked fine, but I felt stuck in the same routine and unsure how to create something different.

I knew I wanted more from life. More freedom. More experiences. More enjoyment. I just didn't know where to start.

That curiosity led me into coaching, personal development and understanding why we do what we do. Over the years I've trained as a coach, studied NLP, completed a range of personal development programmes, and recently completed a BSc in Psychology, with graduation just around the corner!

But what has shaped me most isn't what I've studied.

It's the changes I've made in my own life.

I learned how to stop putting myself at the bottom of the list. How to trust myself more. How to take action even when I didn't feel completely ready. And how to create a life that feels full of things I genuinely enjoy.

Today, I spend time with my family without feeling like I'm rushing through it. I travel, prioritise my wellbeing, enjoy hobbies and make time for experiences that bring me joy.

Now I help other people do the same.

My approach is supportive, practical and honest. Together we'll get clear on what you want, understand what's getting in the way, and create a path forward that feels realistic for you.

Because life isn't about waiting for the right time.

It's about making the most of the time you have.

Life doesn't have to be put on hold

So many people spend years waiting. Waiting for work to calm down. Waiting until they feel more confident. Waiting until the children are older. Waiting until they have more time. And before they know it, another year has gone by.

I don't believe life has to be perfect before you start enjoying it. I believe the small things matter.

The coffee with a friend. The hobby you've been thinking about trying. The weekend away. The walk that clears your head. The decision to stop putting yourself at the bottom of the list. These might seem like small moments, but they're often the things that make life feel fuller, lighter and more meaningful.

That's the work I love helping people do.

Not becoming a different person but creating a life that feels more like their own.

My Clients

The people I work with often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of what they want next.

Together, we create space to slow down, get clear on what's important to them and start taking small steps towards the life they want to be living.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone reconnect with themselves, trust their own decisions and realise they're capable of far more than they thought.
